Coaching is an interactive process, which helps individuals and groups to increase the rate of development and improve the effects of training. Coaches work with clients on business, career development, finance, health and interpersonal skills. Clients set more specific aims, optimize their activities, make better decisions and benefit from their natural skills more effectively due to coaching.
Training sessions, organized by Education Centre, are prepared according to the idea: “ Every person is different and there is no universal conception to change behaviour and the way of thinking”.
